Cantores Lucenses were founded in spring 2002 with the principal
intent to serve the liturgical solemnities in the parish churches of the Parish
of Controne and St. Gemignano of Controne,
They are formed by the following choristers: Fabrizio Nicoli (musical director), Cipriano Nesti, Enrico Barsanti (also organist), Giulio Brandani, Graziano Dini and Francis Pettitt. Beginning from the summer 2004 the Cantores have also begun to develop recital activities.
The celebrated tenor Maestro Claudio Sassetti is our artistic advisor.
